This is the first teaching DVD produced by Steffi and Barefoot BellyDance. Steffi is a Gypsy Caravan trained Tribal teacher and has been teaching and dancing Tribal since 2000. This DVD will hope you to learn the basic moves as taught in Steffi's Classes and danced by Barefoot. The moves shown are those on which you will be tested if you are taking part in the Barefoot Grade 1 Certification Programme.
The DVD includes an introduction to Tribal BellyDance, dance Posture, a simple warm up and cool down, performance and both a video and written breakdown of the moves and combinations. It also includes sequences you can use to practice and drill, or to slot into your own improvised performance.
